The Social Studies Classroom (Aula d'Estudis Socials - AES) is a non-profit organization whose goal is the training of professionals, students, children and society in general, in all sorts of social problems, significantly emphasizing the field of people with disabilities.
Social Integration
We perform, with the help of the Aula de Estudios Sociales - AES (Social Studies Classroom), an important task of divulgation through courses, informal talks, and conferences addressed to different groups with the purpose of creating awareness of our social situation and achieving, at last, a full integration.

Courses for our members and their families about the capacities of the blind and the correct treatment they must receive
This course, of reduced format, emphasizes our members abilities rather than their disabilities, raises their self-esteem, avoids the overprotection of their environment, and is considered the introduction to Basic Rehabilitation.
Awareness course for grade school, high school and college students, professionals, state workers, etc
It is directed to society in general to promote the adequate way to treat our group. It provides free election credits to college students. (click here for more information)
